Take I-84 East, go 176 miles, take the I-82 West exit, exit number 179, towards Hermiston/Umatilla. After 30 miles take the US-395 North exit, exit number 113 towards I-182 Kennewick/Pasco and merge onto Evergreen Highway, this highway becomes South Ely Street, then after 2 miles it becomes US-395 North, take the US-395 North exit. Take I-182/US-395 East/US-12 exit towards Spokane/Walla Walla and merge onto Interstate 182 East and take the US-395 North/WA-397 South exit, exit number 14A/14B towards Spokane/Finley.
